Abstract:The reserve forces construction is the short cut for our basketball to exceed advanced world level. Through analyzing and investigating into physical efficiency and basketball basic skills and so on, this thesis is to provide the countermeasure for our reserve basketball talents training in such aspects as training system, physical fitness and basketball basics training.Key words: basketball; reserve talents; physical efficiency; basic skills; training system;China
